Hi, I’m Tanya Arora.

I’m a Software Engineer, Android developer, lifelong learner, writer, and mother who believes that technology should solve real problems and make people’s lives better.

Over the past 11+ years, I’ve built and delivered mobile applications across different domains, taking products from idea to production while working with teams of all sizes. My core expertise lies in Android development, software architecture, and creating scalable, maintainable applications. Today, I work as a Lead Software Engineer, where I continue to design and build products used by thousands of users.

Technology is evolving faster than ever, and learning has become one of my biggest passions. Alongside Android development, I’m actively exploring Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), software architecture, and modern engineering practices. I enjoy understanding not just how technologies work, but why they work.

This website is my space to document that journey.

Here, you’ll find articles about Android development, software engineering, AI, career growth, productivity, and the lessons I’ve learned while balancing a demanding technical career with family life. I write to simplify complex topics, share practical experiences, and help fellow engineers grow in their own careers.

Beyond work, I’m a mother who understands the challenge of continuously learning while managing family responsibilities. Many of my experiences come from navigating that balance—finding time to learn, build, write, and grow without sacrificing what matters most.

When I’m not coding or writing, you’ll usually find me reading, exploring new ideas, planning future travels, or spending quality time with my family. I believe growth is a lifelong process, and curiosity is one of the most valuable skills anyone can cultivate.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope something here helps you learn, build, or see a problem from a new perspective.

Let’s keep learning and growing together.
